Fresh pasta in Seville, made every morning
Fresh pasta does not mean «pasta made somewhere today»: it means the dough is rolled and cut here, every morning, before we open. That has been true at San Marco since 1994.

What fresh pasta really changes
Industrial dried pasta is semolina and water, dried to last for months. Fresh pasta takes egg, is worked the same day and cooks in two or three minutes. The result is a silkier texture that holds the sauce instead of letting it slide off.

Prices and allergens are on the full menu.
Preguntas frecuentes
Resolvemos las dudas más habituales.
Is the fresh pasta suitable for coeliacs?
Our fresh pasta is made with wheat, so it is not gluten-free. We do have gluten-free alternatives in other dishes — tell us when you book.
We recommend booking, especially in high season: weekends, bank holidays and the Seville spring fill the room. When you book you choose day, time and party size, and you get a confirmation with a reference you can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. If you come without a booking, we will tell you honestly whether there is a table or how long the wait is.
Our classics are fresh pasta —carbonara romana, tagliatelle alla bolognese, ricotta and spinach ravioli, lasagna della casa— and sourdough pizzas with 48 hours of fermentation, with the Pizza Tonnara and the Margherita DOP among the most ordered. Everything is made in house daily, with produce imported from Italy and no shortcuts.
As a guide to prices, la Carbonara romana costs €12.50; la Lasagna della casa costs €13.50; el Tiramisú della nonna costs €5.50; la Burrata pugliese costs €16.50. The menu sits in the mid range (€€) and the full list with every dish and price is always on our menu page. We keep the prices in the menu and in our structured data in sync with the same source, so what you read is what you pay.
Come and see us: Calle Dr. Pedro de Castro, 1, 41004 Sevilla. Lunch 13:00–16:00, dinner 20:00–23:30, every day of the week.
Can you cook the pasta more or less al dente?
Yes, just ask when ordering and the kitchen adjusts it.
