## Two minutes away, not two kilometres

Plaza de España draws crowds, and the streets around it fill with restaurants that trade on the view rather than the food. We have cooked here since 1994: fresh pasta rolled every morning and pizza dough left to ferment for 48 hours.

## Time it around your visit

A lap of the plaza and a rowing-boat turn takes about ninety minutes. We serve lunch 13:30–16:00 and dinner 20:00–23:00 every day, so a table is almost always close to your visit.
